Quiet, peaceful and cozy this place is perfect for book lovers that just one to have some quiet time alone in this quiet environment. Not only is this library used to read and borrow books, you can also bring your textbooks laptop phone here to do some revision or homework. There is also a variety of books that you can choose from. From comic books to novels and more. Highly recommended.
However it is a bit troublesome for people who drives. There is no waiting area and you have go 1 round to avoid blocking other drivers.
My most comforting place in the whole of Jurong West! Quiet place, AC, cool drinking water, awesome book collection... what else could one ask for? The NLB App is also pretty impressive.
Would have given five stars, if the library tightly regulated on the table bookings. Many times I book one, but find that the table is occupied by someone.

Nice library to spend a whole day. It has different areas for kids and adults. Most of all, it is connected to the MRT station and Jurong Point Mall. Super convenient!
The library is not too crowded. The maximum duration you can stay is 2 hours continuous and if you want to stay longer, you need to check-out and check-in again due to Covid-19 safe distance measures which I believe is understandable.
The services are free of charge unless you need to borrow books. Their website has all the fee details if you need to get the membership.
Overall, it's a lovely place to study/ read with peace of mind!

1st time in so many years, my 4yo son was told to read quietly in a read a loud corner (he was not screaming). Could be a 1 staff issue, but beware to all parents.

Tips : use the pedestrian overhead bridge ( located on the third level ) to have a smooth transition over to either Jurong point or Jurong bus interchange.
Very convenient library, located inside the Frontier CC, can direct access from Jurong Point shopping mall through the flyover link.
But sometimes users (most of the time is children) making noise, the staff never stop them
